What do clients think?
“I started with a massage after big sporting events and found that I was recovering much quicker. I now have a regular massage and find it keeps me flexible and stops aches and pains from developing to something more serious. As a result I can train harder and longer.”
PW – Sandhurst
“I would always choose Tracy if I need a massage. Tracy is the most caring and thorough of practitioners. Tracy always goes that extra mile in her treatments because she really knows her stuff. If you want a good treatment Tracy stands out way above others.”
CH – Farnborough
“My 11 year old daughter had a tendency to pain in her right knee after a minor injury – the treatments resolved this and my daughter continues to enjoy competitive trampolining.”
TG – Bracknell
“Over a period of time, I found my shoulders becoming increasingly painful due to the every day things – lifting shopping, carrying children. Through regular massage, Tracy has not only relieved my pain, but has been a tremendous help in showing me how to prevent the problem recurring.”

Squash injury leads to 'scout salute'
I visited Tracy after tearing my calf muscle playing squash.
The treatment started with assessment of my calf and identification of any other areas of restricted movement, which may have played a part in causing the injury. Tracy identified muscle knots in both of my legs, my back and my neck. It also transpired that there was a larger than normal differential in my leg lengths.
I visited Tracy weekly over a period of two months where she concentrated initially on my calf but also freed the knots in my back and neck. My leg length differential reduced.
I was back to playing squash after 5 weeks, some 4 weeks earlier than friends who have experienced the same injury.
I have always had a tendency to look over my left shoulder rather than right, particularly when riding a bicycle. Since treatment I have found it easier to look over my right shoulder.
I also discussed with Tracy that I have never been able to do the 'scout salute' with my right hand.
Tracy found muscle knotting and tightness in my right forearm, which has also now been treated. I can now do the salute but at 37 I think I'm a little too old to join!
I play golf which coupled with playing squash seems to have led to or encouraged many of my problems. Tracy explained how different muscles work and how to warm up properly prior to playing sport, particularly squash. I am confident that I now minimise the risk of a subsequent injury.
I thoroughly recommend Tracy for rectification and preventative massage for whatever sport you play. G. G.
I feel nothing but utter relief…
"When I lived in Brighton, I used to have regular massages with a therapist. When I relocated, I struggled to find a credible, competent practitioner .... until I met Tracy.
The benefits of seeing Tracy regularly have been fantastic.
The frequency of my migraines has reduced considerably, the tension I hold in my shoulders from working on my laptop for long hours is improving with every visit. Tracy has many years of experience in Holistic and Sports massage and her knowledge of the body, muscles groups means she is able to pinpoint very quickly where the problem lies.
I feel nothing but utter relief after I have seen her. It truly is the best massage I have ever had and would recommend it to everyone!" K. J. Farnborough
